How to place an order:
Step 1: Browse or search for items
Step 2: Select desired color, quantity, etc
Step 3: Add to cart
Step 4: Proceed to Checkout
Step 5: Log in or Purchase as a Non-Member
Step 6: Fill in the order form
Step 7: Proceed with Payment Or Cash On Delivery
Step 8: You have successfully placed an order when you see a “Thank You” message along with your order number.
What is the return policy?
Refund/Cancel

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within same day before 4pm if he/she wish to.

And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.( Product Should be in the same Condition when we delivered it and should not be a used one)

When exchange requested items are out of stock or discontinued, it can proceed as a refund.
Returns will be processed as soon as the items return back to Olifair.lk. You cannot get a product refund until package(s) arrive at our office
Requirements for exchange/refunds
Every request for an exchange or refund should be initiated through our CS email. The request must contain the following:
Ⅰ Detail pictures of items
Ⅱ Pictures of all shipment labels that are attached on the parcel
Ⅲ Exact order number
Ⅲ Exact title of the item that you’re requesting an exchange or refund for
Your request may be declined if it does not contain the above information.
Please take into consideration that olifair.lk accepts eligible refunds in the following cases:
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of payment
If your order remains in [Preparing Products] status for 10 days or longer from the date of payment without any prior notification from our customer service, you can cancel your order via our CS email – [email protected].
Product is misdelivered
※Refunds for the cases stated above are only accepted on the condition that labels and tags are intact and the products have not been used.
※You must return the free gift in its original condition along with your returned item(s) in order to receive a refund.
※Refunds will not be processed if:

Customer requests a refund due to change of mind (size, color, etc.)

Customer requests to cancel the whole order which contains out of stock products

Customer requests a refund for products that become damaged or deformed due to reasons within the scope of the customer’s responsibility

Customer requests a refund for products that have no tags or labels
