Step 7: Proceed with Payment Or Cash On Delivery<\/strong><\/p>

Refund\/Cancel<\/span><\/h2>\n

    After placing the order customer can cancel the order within same day before 4pm if he\/she wish to.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

    And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working   days.<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery.( Product Should be in the same Condition when we delivered it and should not be a used one)<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        When exchange requested items are out of stock or discontinued, it can proceed as a refund.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              Returns will be processed as soon as the items return back to Olifair.lk. You cannot get a product refund until package(s) arrive at our office<\/strong><\/h6>\n

        Requirements for exchange\/refunds<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/h6>\n

         <\/strong>Every request for an exchange or refund should be initiated through our CS email. The request must contain the following:<\/strong><\/h6>\n
         <\/strong>\u2160<\/strong> Detail pictures of items<\/strong><\/h6>\n
        \u2161<\/strong> Pictures of all shipment labels that are attached on the parcel <\/strong><\/h6>\n
        \u2162<\/strong> Exact order number<\/strong><\/h6>\n
        \u2162<\/strong> Exact title of the item that you\u2019re requesting an exchange or refund for <\/strong><\/h6>\n
        Your request may be declined if it does not contain the above information. <\/strong><\/h6>\n
        Please take into consideration that olifair.lk accepts <\/strong>e<\/strong>ligible refunds in the following cases:<\/strong><\/h6>\n
        \"\u25b6\"<\/strong>Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of payment<\/strong><\/h6>\n
        \"\u25b6\"<\/strong>If your order remains in [Preparing Products] status for 10 days or longer from the date of payment without any prior notification from our customer service, you can cancel<\/strong> <\/strong>your order via our CS email –  olifair.lk@gmail.com.<\/strong><\/h6>\n

        \u203b<\/strong>Refunds for the cases stated above are only accepted on the condition that labels and tags are intact and the products have not been used.<\/strong><\/h6>\n
        \u203b<\/strong>You must return the free gift in its original condition along with your returned item(s) in order to receive a refund.<\/strong><\/h6>\n

          Customer requests a refund due to change of mind (size, color, etc.)<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

          Customer requests to cancel the whole order which contains out of stock products<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

          Customer requests a refund for products that become damaged or deformed due to reasons within the scope of the customer\u2019s responsibility<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

          Customer requests a refund for products that have no tags or labels<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

          Out of stock<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          Some items may be out of stock or discontinued during post-order packaging.<\/strong><\/h6>\n
          In case of products that become sold out or discontinued after completing the order, the cost of the sold-out item(s) will be refunded and the rest will be delivered.<\/strong><\/h6>\n
          An out of stock refund notification email will be sent to you via your customer registration email.<\/strong><\/h6>\n
          The Buyer will be able to view the reimbursed costs and details on Buyer’s order sheet.<\/strong><\/h6>\n
